i have a belated question to shelley which might be ignored :
what don't you like about the natural you? - you use fake eyelashes, fake nails and (at least used to wear) fake hair/hair extensions. also, you always wear a whole lot of make-up and either show a lot of skin or wear really tight stuff, never something comfortable (at least it seems like that). - what are you trying to suppress with all that?
I'm really not trying to affront you; since you advertise yourself, i don't find the question inappropriate.
Answer: I do like the natural me, I just like "dolling up".
I think a couple of your arguments are pretty weak though. It's gone 5 months since I took out my hair extensions? And now I prefer not having them them. I only wore fake nails for one week, and that was only to try to quit my nasty habit of biting my nails. I don't even think fake nails look very good.
I don't wear more make-up then whole lot of other people, except maybe the eyeliner+fake eyelashes, but that's just because I've made that "my look" and I like it that way, and like I just mentioned, I simply like dolling up. I don't see how showing a lot of skin or wearing tight clothes makes me unnatural in any way, really. Would you think I was more natural if I hid my skin and body shapes and wore a pair of baggy jeans instead of a pair of shorts...? It's not like I'm dressing slutty, (in my opinion at least. But maybe the culture of your country is a lot different from Sweden's).
I do not wear uncomfortable clothes, take a look through my outfits-category and tell me what you think looks uncomfortable? Because I don't understand what you're talking about. Mostly I just wear shorts/skinny jeans + tee/tank top and a cardigan. I never wear too tight clothes that are uncomfortable, I wear clothes that fit and don't bother me.
Well, maybe high heels can get a bit uncomfortable after walking in them for too long... but still, most girls wear high heels sometimes so that's not a argument for saying I'm "unnatural".
I mean, I'm pretty sure I don't have to wear a pair or tracksuit pants, a big hoodie and sneakers just to show that I like the natural me? Because that wouldn't be the natural me at all, I would feel like if I was in a halloween-costume dressed up as a slacker or something, haha.
So, I don't really see where you're getting at. And what I'm trying to suppress?! Well, for me it's all just fashion & style, and my way of interpreting it. Either people like my sense of style, or they don't!

A girl asked me where I find all the websites with photographers and photos.
It's in many different ways, mostly through blogs that I follow, or blogs that I just happen to find through other blogs or comments or bloglovin, etc. Sometimes I get tips about things people think I might like, the entry with photos by Greg Manis and also these photos by Aled Freund, I both found through a link that my friend Johan sent me to tip me about them. It's not very hard finding actually, you just have to check up some good photography blogs.

Var inne och kollade på lite kläder på modekungen.se, och hittade dessa jeans för 549 kronor.
Hur snygga är de inte!? Väldigt!
Skulle verkligen vilja ha ett par. Synd att minsta storleken var 26 när jag har storlek 24, men det är ofta så.
Jag brukar dock ta till symaskinen och sy in jeans som är för stora, så kanske kanske.
I was looking at some clothes at modekungen.se and found these jeans for 549 SEK.
Aren't they great!? Yes, they are.
I would really like a pair. Too bad though the smallest size is 26 when I wear size 24. But that's often how it is.
Sometimes though I take jeans in a bit with my sewing machine if they're too big, so maybe maybe.

Dock finns det ju några nackdelar med den, t.ex. är den ju sjukt olämplig om man försöker smuggla in sin egna alkohol på krogen eller något, haha.

TWIGGY MINI-PURSE & FASHION-TOTE
Det var ju så många som ville se gamla bilder på mig och Joachim, så jag satt och kikade igenom alla gamla bilder på min förra hårddisk. Hittade en mapp med namnet "Saker jag vill ha" och fann bilderna av dessa två söta 60-tals väskor!
Hade glömt bort dem helt! Dock kommer jag väl antagligen aldrig att äga en, då de är vintage och väldigt sällsynta, vad jag uppfattat det som. Men de är fett söta i alla fall!
De var båda gjorda av Mattel, år 1967. I samband med att "Twiggy-barbiedockorna" var tillverkade.
It was so many people who wanted to see old pics of me and Joachim, so I sat and looked threw all my old pictures on my former computer harddisk. Found a folder with the name "Things that I want" and found these pictures of this cute 60's purse and tote-bag!
I had totally forgot about them! But I guess I will never own one anyway, since they are vintage and pretty rare, as I've understood it. But still they are really cute!
They were both made by Mattel, in 1967. In connection with the "Twiggy-barbie doll" line being made.

Nej, jag har inte legat i koma eller något, utan är fullt medveten om att det här kommer ett par månader för sent!
Antagligen har väl heller ingen modeintresserad person råkat missa Gareth Pugh's (som vanligt extraordinära) kollektion.
Men då jag och Joachim inte hade startat bloggen när Paris Fashion Week ägde rum, (och jag känner att jag måste visa min kärlek för dessa fantastika kreationer ändå) så kommer här nedanför lite bilder från Gareth Pugh's s/s 09 som enligt mig är trés fantastique! Haha.
Kläderna är väl inget man har på sig på stan, men de har inspirerat till mer användbara plagg, och är helt klart inspirerande på många andra sätt också!

Kände mig sjukt optimistisk till våren imorse när jag gick till skolan i solskenet, kändes som att den verkligen var här för att stanna den här gången.
Ironiskt nog var det sista min mamma sa till mig innan jag gick "Låt ingen lura dig idag, det är ju första april!", då fick jag känslan av att vädret kanske bara lurades för att om två dagar bjuda på snöstormar igen, men det hoppas jag verkligen inte, haha.
Hur som helst, på tal om våren så tänkte jag visa en av mina favorittrender i vår!
Jag talar om "Barbie modet" som synts till på många stora modevisningar i vinter.
Många av världens största designers har inspirerats till att göra väldigt feminina och självklart rosa designer då det är Barbies 50-årsjubileum i år!

Inspirationen från Barbie syns väl i min egen stil med, vilket jag fått påpekat av många, antagligen mest för mitt blonda hår och mina rosa kläder.

It's spring in Sweden and really sunny outside today, so I thought I could present one of my
favourite trends for the spring.
I'm talking about the "Barbie fashion" that's been seen on many fashion shows lately.
Many of the biggest fashion designers of the world have been inspired to make feminine and of course pink designs since it is Barbie's 50th anniversary this year.
Above I have posted some of my favourites looks from New York Fashion Week.
I guess you can see the inspiration taken from Barbie in my own style too, lots of people have commented about it on my pictures, probably because of my blonde hair and my pink clothes.
I got lots of comments on lookbook.nu about how "I look like a doll or a Barbie".
Mainly on this picture to the right, I guess.
